The UK’s longest established airline has resumed flights to Scotland from Birmingham Airport for business and leisure travellers as lockdown eases.
Loganair, which has been operating since 1962, was the first airline to recommence flights for passengers from the airport.
The airline is also the first in the UK to introduce new healthy-flying measures to protect their customers from coronavirus.
You can now travel from Birmingham Airport to Aberdeen with Loganair up to four days a week for business, leisure or both – on Monday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday.
And as the UK economy gradually re-opens, frequency will increase in the coming weeks.
Aberdeen flights provide an important link for those in the West Midlands who work offshore in the North Sea Energy Sector and provide easy access to some of Scotland’s most beautiful outdoor spaces.
Aberdeenshire is host to more castles per acre than anywhere else in Scotland and is nearby the magnificent Cairngorm Mountains, so if you’re looking for a short-break when the time is right, without travelling abroad, this could be the perfect option for you.
And if you feel like exploring more of Scotland – like the beautiful Northern Isles of Orkney and Shetland – then you can use the one-stop connections offered from Aberdeen Airport.
All Loganair fares include 15kg hold-luggage as standard.
You may or may not be ready for travel just yet, but when you are – Loganair are ready for you. Flights can be booked online at www.loganair.co.uk or via your business travel provider
